REPLAY RADAR

Privacy Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Gasner Software operates Replay Radar, the football watchability app and website at replayradar.app. This policy explains how we handle information when you use them. Contact us at gasnersoftware@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Information used to provide ratings

You do not need an account. When you request ratings, our service receives the search text, season, week, filters, and game or replay link you request. Network connections also expose an IP address and standard request information to our hosting infrastructure. We use this information to respond to requests, deliver the service, and maintain its security. We do not use IP addresses to infer your location or create advertising profiles.

The application processes searches and filters in memory to answer the request; it does not keep a personal search history or visitor profile in its database. Detailed application request logging is disabled. For the website homepage, weekly ranking pages, explicit website archive searches, and replay/highlights link requests, we keep aggregate daily request counts by a limited set of social source and campaign labels for 90 days. These counters do not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor identifiers, full URLs, referrers, or search text; they do not track individual visitors. Hosting and network providers may process operational and security information under their own policies.

Information on your device

The mobile app stores saved game snapshots, viewing preferences, and recent rating responses locally so you can keep a watchlist and view cached information. These saved-game lists are not uploaded to our server. The website stores viewing preferences in your browser. Device or operating-system backup settings may separately govern backups of local app data.

Remove saved games using their Saved button. Clear the app's storage in Android settings to remove its local preferences and cache, or clear browser site data for the website. Clearing storage removes your local watchlist. Administrator-only website sign-in uses essential, temporary authentication cookies; ordinary visitors do not need to sign in.

Optional community voting

When you first vote, we issue a random voting credential stored on your browser or app installation. The server stores its hash, your game votes and submission times to maintain one changeable vote per game per installation, calculate public totals, and limit abuse. This is pseudonymous, not verified-person voting. Votes are retained until removed or deleted; use Delete my votes on the website or in app Settings. Clearing local storage loses the credential needed to manage previous votes and does not delete server votes. No email or account is required. Aggregate community counts and confidence-adjusted ratings are public; individual voting credentials are never published.

Support messages and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing us. We will delete information we control unless retention is required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. Searches are processed for the current request; local app data remains until you remove it or clear app storage.

Service providers and external links

DigitalOcean provides hosting. Google Play distributes the Android app and may process installation and diagnostic information under Google's policies. Our email provider processes support correspondence. Providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

NFL+ and YouTube links open external services with their own privacy policies, accounts, subscriptions, and tracking practices. These sites may reveal game outcomes. Replay Radar does not provide video streaming or send your saved watchlist to those services. Public football statistics are obtained from ESPN; browsing ratings does not require an ESPN account.

Security, permissions, and advertising

Requests to our production service use HTTPS. This version has no advertising, advertising identifiers, analytics SDK, push notifications, or access to contacts, camera, microphone, or device location. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we introduce features that change data handling, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or choices before enabling them.

Audience and your choices

Replay Radar is intended for users ages 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can address it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, obtain a portable copy, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email gasnersoftware@gmail.com to make a request. We may need information sufficient to verify and fulfill your request; we cannot identify a local watchlist that has never been sent to us. Where applicable, we process service requests to provide the requested service and rely on legitimate interests for security and support, and legal obligations where required.

Policy updates

Changes will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be communicated where required.
